- No unaccompanied under 18's after 8pm

Please be aware that the games are designed for children aged 10 and over so parental discretion is necessary.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
To guarantee your time in our Game Zone it is best to book tickets online in advance. If you do pop in and we have spaces available you will be able to pay on the door, but we limit numbers to 30 people per session to ensure everybody has the best experience possible.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET TO PLAY?
Yes, everyone entering the Game Zone must have purchased a ticket. Don't worry though - if you are visiting with a group and gaming isnt your thing, you can join us in the cafe for drinks, snacks & board games while you wait. If you want to enter the GameZone but don't want to access any of the gaming equipment you can purchase a 'Platform Pass' for just £3.75.
CAN CHILDREN PLAY?
YES! Children are always welcome. We ask that all children under 10 are accompanied into the Game Zone by a full-paying adult and that children under 12 have an adult on the premises at all times. Children 12 & over are welcome to use the Game Zone independently. Children under the age of 5 are free, but must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
I DON'T WANT TO GAME, I JUST WANT TO WATCH, DO I NEED A TICKET?
Everyone entering the Game Zone must have a ticket. If you wish to enter to supervise children over 10 but do not want to use any of the gaming equipment then we offer a 'Platform Pass' for just £3.75.
CAN I LEAVE MY CHILDREN HERE ALONE?
If your children are aged 12 and over they may enter the premises and game independently. Children aged 10 & 11 may game independently but must have an adult on the premises. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times in the GameZone.
DO YOU DO BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

ARE ALL GAMES FREE TO PLAY?
Yes. Once you have paid your entry you have unlimited free use of all of the games and equipment. There is no need to bring any change to operate the machines.
I'M GOING TO BE LATE/MISS MY BOOKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible to fit you in. As long as the session is not fully booked we can normally give you a little extra time at the end to make up your lost minutes. If you are going to miss your session completely or need to move your booking then please email us on contact@gameon.zone to arrange this
